I photographed this scene on my Fall 2018 trip to Zion National Park. This was an unusually good year for fall color. This photo was taken late in my trip as the leaves were beginning to fall from the trees. I loved how this photo captured a fleeting moment. The day before this photo was taken, the tree was full of leaves, and the day after, it had been stripped bare.
